We are looking for one Relationship Associate to join our team on a contract basis. The Relationship Associate will be part of the growth, and will develop strong client relationships to enhance and maintain current and future business.

Primary Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player but also a self-starter. We’re looking for a candidate who is interested in project management, communication, and business development in a creative sphere. The Relationship Associate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with setting and meeting deadlines, and a great communicator working with a remote team.

  • Develop strong client relationships to enhance and maintain current and future business
  • Learn and scope new opportunities with clients and prospects to win new revenue opportunities
  • Effectively communicate and assess new opportunities to the production team and negotiate Statement of Work (SOW) for proposal
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product and capabilities of the agency to set expectations with clients and prospects
  • Research, troubleshoot, and follow through to a prompt solution any customer questions, problems or complaints
  • Regularly utilize and comply with company policy regarding corporate electronic account management system (CRM), documenting interactions with customers, calendar of appointments and tracking of opportunities
  • Participate in strategic market analysis with the team and continue to define potential opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Regularly provide competitive and market trend information to assist in identification of new product opportunities and opportunities for special marketing programs

Skills and Interests for success:

  • Experience in managing customer success, creative projects and teams, including designers, illustrators, and animators as well as our clients and their representatives, vendors, and essential stakeholders
  • Experience in the medical, healthcare, or biotech industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communications, Business, or related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in Japanese speaking, written and verbal skills are a plus
  • Strong team player, but self-starter
  • Strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication, organizational, project management skills & experience
